Bobina Zulfa

Bobina is a Data and Digital Rights researcher at Pollicy. In her work, she currently focuses on researching the development, adoption and deployment of Artificial Intelligence on the African continent. In addition, she also identifies as an arts intermediary with particular focus on researching Digital Creative Industries (DCIs) to highlight a number of key gaps and opportunities as can be found in her recently published report titled 'Enduring blind spots and Infinite opportunities- Digital Creative Industries In Uganda. Pollicy is an award-winning pan African civic technology organization researching the impact of technology and data on social justice and service delivery.
