Rahma Suleman is a Game thinking Designer and team lead for Enter Africa Tanzania. She encourages young people in sub-Saharan Africa to use design thinking and gamification as a tool to address everyday challenges and create better futures.

Rahma is passionate about driving impact-driven business/entrepreneurship and engaging enterprises in tackling social and environmental issues among young women by leveraging innovations to create sustainable development through social entrepreneurship, human centred design and Impact analysis. The support she provides aligns to feed social innovation through business model validation, market assessment and impact measurement through Her Start Innovate the Future Project funded by Global Affairs Canada that focuses on Social entrepreneurship training, incubation, and Catalyst funding.

She is also a development practitioner advocating for adolescent girls’ and young women’s leadership, SRHR, HIV/AIDS and gender equality in Eastern and Southern African countries. Has a significant professional experience on youth-led accountability in sustainable development. She is untiring in her commitment and drive to bring transformative changes without leaving anyone behind.

Rahma’s commitment to shape the future of Africa proves that young people, especially young girls and women, have the ultimate power to change the narrative and bring about change by unleashing their potentials. She is dedicated to creating space for donors, partners, stakeholders and young people to directly engage in current issues facing young people to seek possible collaborations to deliver impactful solutions through social innovations.
